   The production process of plastic woven bags is very simple. It is mainly made of synthetic polypropylene and polyethylene resin as materials, heated and extruded, stretched into flat filaments, and then woven. It is mainly used for the packaging of solid materials such as fertilizers, synthetic materials, explosives, grains, and salt. However, because polypropylene, polyethylene resin and other low-temperature resistance are relatively weak, the temperature during packaging should not exceed 80°C, otherwise it will be soft and easily broken.

  External coating technique of plastic woven bag:

The principle of coating is to coat the resin on the woven fabric of the base material in a molten state. Only the molten resin is coated on the woven cloth and immediately cooled to obtain a two-in-one woven cloth.

If during compounding, the molten resin film is sandwiched between woven cloth and paper or plastic film, and then cooled to obtain a three-in-one woven cloth. The coating can be coated on one side of a flat fabric to obtain a piece of cloth, or on both sides of a tube cloth. Coated to obtain a coated tube cloth.

   Specifically: After the extruder is heated, the polypropylene material is melted, extruded by the die, and the cylindrical plastic woven cloth is extruded and compounded on the production line, and then cooled and shaped into a coated cloth base. After the cloth base is guided and preheated from the unwinding frame to the surface coating film, the cloth base is turned 180 degrees through the cross turning frame on the production line so that the uncoated side faces upwards, and the cloth base passes through the second guide and the second preheating frame. Heat and second coating film to complete the double-sided coating film to ensure continuous production without stopping the machine.


During the film coating process, if you return the car for some reason, you must turn off the corona machine, preheating and cooling roller water valves in time. After entering the car, open them one by one. If the woven fabric has serious ruffles, do not put it on the operating surface to correct the deviation, and increase the unwinding tension appropriately. Before the coating material is poured into the mixing machine, clean the dust on the outer skin of the packaging bag. The paint should be kept clean during the mixing process to prevent dust from entering the hopper.
